Contact

One person reads this inbox — me. That means replies aren't instant, but they are actually from a human, and you will get one.

The best way to reach Lucky Dip is by email: hello@luckydip.me. There's no contact form, no ticket system and no chatbot — just an address that comes through to me, Mark Fensom, the developer behind the site.

Something's wrong with a game guide

This is the single most useful thing you can send me. The guides carry ticket prices, draw days, prize tiers and odds, and all of those move — Lotto changed format in June 2026, Mega Millions overhauled its game in April 2025, and Powerball only became available to UK players in July 2026. Pages fall behind. I check them against the operators' official sites and date each one, but I don't catch everything.

If you're reporting a mistake, please tell me which page and what's wrong — ideally with the correct figure and where you saw it. That turns a five-minute investigation into a thirty-second fix, and it gets corrected the same week.

Bug reports

If the generator misbehaves — numbers not appearing, a button that does nothing, layout falling apart, sound stuck on — I want to know. Please include:

A screenshot helps enormously. Most bugs I can't reproduce turn out to be specific to one browser, so those two details do a lot of the work.

Winner stories

Had a win with a set of dipped numbers? Please don't email it — use the Winner stories button on the homepage instead. It goes into the same queue everyone else's does, which is easier for me to manage.

Stories are moderated: a real person reads every submission before it appears on the site, so there's a delay between sending and seeing it. You can leave a first name and the game you played if you want to, but please don't include anything you wouldn't want strangers reading. There's more detail in the terms of use.

Press and general enquiries

Happy to answer questions about how the generator works, the maths behind it, or how the site is built. Same address: hello@luckydip.me. Advertising and partnership pitches also land there, though I read those with less enthusiasm.

What this site can't help with

Worth saying plainly, because these arrive every week and I can't do anything about any of them:

If your question is about a ticket, an account, a payment or a draw, the operator is the only place that can actually help — going to them first will save you several days.

Response times

This is a side project built and run by one person, so give it a few days. Corrections to guides and anything that looks broken get dealt with first. Everything else gets a reply when I'm next at the desk with a coffee.
